1. Scope of application
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online store.
2. Contracting party, conclusion of contract
The purchase contract is concluded with SaleLab GmbH.
By placing the products in the online store, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these items. You can initially place our products in the shopping cart without obligation and correct your entries at any time before submitting your binding order by using the correction aids provided and explained for this purpose in the order process. The contract is concluded when you accept the offer for the goods contained in the shopping cart by clicking on the order button. Immediately after sending the order, you will receive another confirmation by e-mail.
3. Contract language, contract text storage
The language available for the conclusion of the contract is German.
The contract text will not be stored by us.
4. Delivery conditions
Shipping costs are added to the indicated product prices. You can find out more about the shipping costs in the offers.
We deliver only in the dispatch way. A self-collection of the goods is unfortunately not possible.
We do not deliver to packing stations.
5. Payment
In our store you can use the following payment methods:
Credit card
With the submission of the order you transmit your credit card data to us at the same time.
After your legitimation as a legitimate cardholder, we will request your credit card company to initiate the payment transaction immediately after the order. The payment transaction will be carried out automatically by the credit card company and your card will be charged.
PayPal, PayPal Express
In the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider PayPal. In order to pay the invoice amount via PayPal, you must be registered there or register first, legitimize with your access data and confirm the payment instruction to us. After submitting the order in the store, we request PayPal to initiate the payment transaction.
The payment transaction is carried out automatically by PayPal immediately afterwards. You will receive further instructions during the order process.
SOFORT bank transfer
After placing the order you will be redirected to the website of the online provider SOFORT Überweisung. In order to be able to pay the invoice amount via SOFORT Überweisung, you must have an online banking account with PIN/TAN procedure that is activated for participation in SOFORT Überweisung, identify yourself accordingly and confirm the payment instruction to us. You will receive further instructions during the order process. The payment transaction will be carried out immediately afterwards by SOFORT Überweisung and your account will be debited.
Amazon Pay
In the ordering process you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon even before completing the ordering process in our online store. In order to complete the order process and pay the invoice amount via Amazon, you must be registered there or register first and legitimize yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored at Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online store, where you can complete the ordering process.
Immediately after placing the order, we will request Amazon to initiate the payment transaction. The payment transaction is carried out automatically by Amazon. You will receive further instructions during the ordering process.
6. Retention of title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
7. Transport damages
If goods are delivered with obvious transport damage, please complain about such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to make a complaint or contact us has no consequences for your legal claims and their enforcement, especially your warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
8 Warranty and guarantees
Unless otherwise expressly agreed below, the statutory liability for defects shall apply.
The limitation period for claims for defects in used goods is one year from delivery of the goods.
The above restrictions and shortening of the period shall not apply to claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents in the event of injury to life, limb or health,
in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty as well as fraudulent intent,
in the event of a breach of essential contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is a prerequisite for the proper execution of the contract and the observance of which the contractual partner may regularly rely on (cardinal obligations)
within the scope of a guarantee promise, if agreed, or
insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.

9 Liability
For claims based on damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents, we are always liable without limitation in the event of injury to life, limb or health,
in case of intentional or grossly negligent breach of duty,
in the case of warranty promises, insofar as agreed, or insofar as the scope of application of the Product Liability Act is opened.
In the event of a breach of material contractual obligations, the fulfillment of which is a prerequisite for the proper execution of the contract and compliance with which the contractual partner may regularly rely on (cardinal obligations) due to slight negligence on our part, on the part of our legal representatives or vicarious agents, the amount of liability shall be limited to the damage foreseeable at the time of conclusion of the contract, the occurrence of which must typically be expected. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.
10. Dispute resolution
The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (OS), which you can find here http://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/.
We are not obliged or willing to participate in a dispute resolution procedure before a consumer arbitration board.
11. 100% HAPPY PROMISE
You are not 100% satisfied with our Pamo? If you are not satisfied within 100 days, simply return the product to us and we will refund your full investment. Please send your product including packaging as a package to the address:

Please also give us your order number and/or invoice number via mail or as a letter in the shipment. We will refund 100% of the purchase price to the payment details used at the time of purchase.
12.1 Subject of the conditions of participation in a sweepstake of "pamo.".
(1) These conditions of participation regulate the conditions for participation in a sweepstake advertised by "pamo." as well as any necessary transfer of rights. The description and the procedure of the respective sweepstakes are carried out in the context of the respective sweepstakes action / raffles on the Facebook page of pamo., the Instagram page pamo.design or Pinterest page pamo.
(2) The organizer of the competition is SaleLab GmbH, Haydnstraße 28, 88284 Wolperstwende.
(3) By participating in the respective sweepstakes, these terms and conditions are accepted.
(4) The competition is not connected to Facebook, Instagram or Pinterest, it is neither sponsored, supported nor organized by Facebook, Instagram and Pinterest.
12.2 Participation in the pamo. Sweepstakes
(1) Eligible to participate in the sweepstakes are all who are 18 years of age and have their residence in Germany, Austria, Switzerland or in another European country. Participation is not limited to customers of the organizer.
(2) Employees of SaleLab GmbH and affiliated companies as well as relatives of such employees and their relatives are excluded. Participation with forged identities or with identities of third parties is not permitted. In addition, the organizer reserves the right, at its own discretion, to exclude persons from participation if there are justified reasons, for example
(a) in the event of manipulation in connection with access to or implementation of the prize game, (b) in the event of violations of these conditions of participation, (c) in the event of unfair actions or (d) in the event of false or misleading information in connection with participation in the prize game.
(3) Eligible participants can enter the sweepstakes by liking the sweepstakes posting ("Like-Me" click) and leaving this rating in any case until the selection of the winners. In addition, the account of "pamo." should be subscribed to on the respective platform (Instagram,Facebook,Pinterest).
(4) Participation is free of charge and only valid online in the period specified in the post.
12.3 Winnings and notification of winnings
(1) Among all eligible participants, we will raffle a previously named pamo. Product or a voucher for a pamo. product.
(2) The winners will be selected at random from all eligible participants within one week of the closing date.
The winners will be notified via Facebook/Instagram/Pinterest comment function or in a separate post and requested to send an email to an email address specified there, in which the personal data is submitted properly and truthfully in full. This information is used to send the prize.
(3) If we do not receive an e-mail from a winner within one week or do not respond to a contact request, the claim to the prize shall expire. In this case, we are entitled to conduct a substitute draw.
(4) The prize will be handed over exclusively to the winner. An exchange, a self-collection as well as a cash payment of the prize are not possible.
(5) If circumstances arise for which the organizer is not responsible, the respective winner shall accept an appropriate substitute prize. Such circumstances beyond the control of the organizer are in particular those that lie with the sponsors of the prizes.
(6) The prizes will be sent to the winner by mail to the address provided. We are not responsible for delivery damages.
12.4 Exclusion
(1) A violation of these conditions of participation entitles us to exclude the respective participant from participation. This applies in particular if the participant provides false information or if photos or other content used (e.g. comments) violate applicable law or the rights of third parties. The same applies to comments that glorify violence, are offensive, harassing or derogatory or otherwise violate social decency.
(2) If the excluded participant is a winner who has already been drawn, the prize may be subsequently revoked.
12.5 Premature termination and changes
We reserve the right to prematurely terminate the competition in whole or in part at any time, even without observing deadlines, or to change its course if it is not possible to guarantee proper execution of the competition for technical reasons (e.g. computer virus, manipulation of or errors in software/hardware) or legal reasons (e.g. prohibition by Facebook).
12.6 Data protection
We are responsible for the collection, processing and use of participants' personal data, insofar as we process this data ourselves. We will use the participant's personal information and other personal data only in accordance with the statutory provisions of data protection law. We will only store, process and use the information to the extent that this is necessary for the implementation of the competition or if the participant has given his/her consent. This also includes use for exercising the rights of use granted. The data will only be used to carry out the competition and will be deleted afterwards.

12.7 Final provisions
(1) Should the conditions of participation contain invalid provisions, the validity of the remaining conditions shall remain unaffected.
(2) The competition of the organizer is exclusively subject to the law of the Federal Republic of Germany. Legal recourse is excluded.
