One of my parts is broken, do I have to send everything back or can I exchange only this part?

Of course this should not be the case. Please send us a mail (support@pamo-design.de) with your order number and some photos of the broken part. Together we will surely find a solution!

Can I get a missing part from you, Amazon has given me a rejection on this.
